A versatile and reliable stack,
based on open-source solutions.

We've chosen a set of efficient, mostly open-source, technologies that will allow your project to thrive in its first months, and won't be holding you back in the future. And when we went for SaaS solutions, we made sure to pick best-in-class tools.

Backend

Your SaaS application backend is where data is stored and transformed before being fetched by the frontend of the application.

  • Python

    Programming language Open Source

We use Python to build your application's back-end services, which handle the data and the business logic.

One of the most popular programming languages, Python is used by most of the world's largest organizations (the likes of Google, NASA, Amazon, and Spotify) while also being popular in the machine learning community. Its popularity ensures you won't struggle finding good engineers to maintain and grow your applications.

  • PostgreSQL

    Database system Open Source

PostgreSQL is how we store and access your data. We chose PostgreSQL because it is both widespread and efficient.

PostgreSQL is a powerful, open source object-relational database system with over 35 years of active development that has earned it a strong reputation for reliability, feature robustness, and performance. It is a de facto industry standard.

Frontend

The frontend is the interface that fetches data from the backend and displays it to your customers.

  • Astro

    Web framework Open Source

Astro is the foundation upon which we build our frontend. Its simple and robust model allows us to create a fast and reliable canvas upon which we build the more complex and dynamic components, using Vue.js.

Astro does not rely on any specific JavaScript framework, but supports them all. It means your development team will be able to built new components using not only Vue.js, but also React, Svelte, Angular, or just vanilla JS.

  • Vue.js

    JavaScript framework Open Source

We use Vue.js to build the different components of your application's interface. It allows use to create a user-friendly experience for your customers.

Vue.js is altogether performant, versatile, and approachable. We think your teams will love using it. And if they don't, they can switch to React or Angular (or any other framework) without breaking anything.

  • TypeScript

    JavaScript Superset Open Source

The front-end code is written using TypeScript. TypeScript helps us catch errors early, speeding up development and bringing trust to the codebase.

Originally developed at Microsoft, TypeScript is now an industry standard for clean, secure front-end JavaScript development.

Deployment & Infrastructure

When your application is ready to launch, we deploy it to Google Cloud
for unrivaled reliability and performance.

  • GitHub

    Code hosting and CI/CD

GitHub is where your code lives. All the code we write is yours, from day one. It means your development teams will be able to edit it to keep on building your product, as soon as they're ready.

GitHub is also how we deploy your application to production. GitHub Actions are powerful enough to perform all required activities, and approachable enough that you won't need a dedicated team to keep up with modern best practices.

  • Google Cloud

    Cloud services

We will deploy your application to Google Cloud. It's the same infrastructure that Google uses to run their own services: this brings you some room for growth!

And as the codebase is all yours, you're free to move your application to any other cloud provider that meets your needs.
